As you might have noticed, it's been quite a while since I updated the site. There has been a lot going on the past year or so, and not so much on the positive side of things. Won't bore you all with the details. That and, for whatever reason, my domain for the site reverted to being "parked" at GoDaddy despite me setting it up to point to this site. When that happened, it actually looked as if the site was just gone. I had to play around with some settings and then go through the process of getting the domain set back up to work with the site again. Thankfully I got it all sorted out.

The following has just been added to the site.

Irene Cara Has Passed Away

 

 

 

Irene Cara, who played Coco in the movie Fame, has died at the age of 63. It was announced on Irene's official Twitter account, by her publicist Judith A. Moose, that Irene passed away. RIP Irene.

The closing number for the 62nd Annual Grammys was "I Sing the Body Electric" from the movie Fame. And what is even more awesome is that Lee Curreri (Bruno from the movie and TV Series Fame) can be seen playing keyboard! So check out the video as well as some screen captures.
