Original Cast of TOMMY Reuniting

The Original Cast of THE WHO'S TOMMY will be reuniting for a 15th Anniversary Reunion Concert on Monday night, December 15th, 2008 at 8:00 pm at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street).

Appearing will be original cast members: Michael Arnold, Anthony Barrile, Bill Buell, Maria Calabrese, Michael Cerveris, Tracy Nicole Chapman, Paul Dobie, Jonathan Dokuchitz, Tom Flynn, Cheryl Freeman (Fame on 42nd Street), Jody Gelb, Christian Hoff, Paul Kandel, Donnie Kehr, Pam Klinger, Lisa Leguillou, Norm Lewis, Michael McElroy, Marcia Mitzman, Lee Morgan, Alice Ripley, Sherie Rene Scott and Timothy Warmen.

Tickets will range from $52 to $502 (including a $2 facility fee) and more information will be available on www.rockersonbroadway.comand www.thepathfund.com. The concert will benefit Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS and the Broadway Dreams Foundation.

Collectors & Celebrities Show UPDATE

Jesse Borrego has now been added to the list of celebrities participating in The Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show. With the addition of Jesse, this makes 4 members of the cast of Fame scheduled to attend. The others, are Nia Peeples, Cynthia Gibb and Dick Miller.

Dream in Color

Target celebrates Hispanic heritage this fall, and all year long, by encouraging everyone to dream in color, outside of the confines of black and white.  The Dream in Color campaign includes music producer Emilio Estefan, designer Sami Hayek, actor Tony Plana and celebrity stylist Irma Martinez among others. In addition to celebrities and designers of Hispanic origin, earlier this year Target partnered with Debbie Allen, Kwaku Alston, Irene Hirano, Iman, John Legend, Holly Robinson Peete, Joy Gryson and Sylvia Woods to share their Dream in Color stories.

Revival Night

According to the LA Times website site, there is going to be a revival of the movie Fame tonight at 8PM at ArcLight Hollywood, 6360 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood. (323) 464-1478.
Following the screening Debbie Allen will be on hand for a Q&A.

"Today" will reunite casts of three beloved films next week.

On Friday, it's a "Footloose" sentimental journey for Kevin Bacon, John Lithgow and Lori Singer. And Kenny Loggins will sing the title song.

Road Show

Michael Cerveris and Alexander Gemignani will star in "Road Show," the musical formerly known as "Bounce" that will play Off Broadway's Public this fall.

Performances will play Oct. 28-Dec. 28 at The Public's Newman Theater. Opening is Nov. 18.

Broadway's RENT - In Theaters

As you may or may not know, Fame dancer Shaun Earl made his Broadway debut as Angel in RENT in 1998. Following that he played Angel again in the National Tour. Shaun is still currently part of the cast of Broadway's RENT in the Ensemble but understudies the role of Angel.

Sunday, September 7 at 6:30 pm marks the finale performance of RENT on Broadway. For those that can't see the show on stage it is being filmed and will be shown in theaters nationwide at the end of this month for a limited engagement.
